TBT Butcher Shop, Seafood Market & Depot District Deli
The Blind Tiger (TBT) enterprise has a new Bay St. Louis location with the same massive juicy burgers and spicy smoked tuna dip the eateries are known for throughout the Gulf Coast.
The TBT Butcher Shop, Seafood Market & Depot District Deli opened late last year on Blaize Avenue and it’s similar to the TBT Butcher Shop in Pass Christian. “The Depot District is bigger with more selections,” said Co-Owner and Managing Partner Scott Sutherland. “And we are offering daily lunch specials that are out of this world.”
A huge staple is the grab-and-go specials such as lasagna, Shepherd’s pie, an array of soups, chicken spaghetti, and jambalaya. Everything, including smash burgers and sandwiches, is created in-house each day. “It’s great for our Airbnb patrons,” he said. “They can grab everything they need to cook a great meal right down to the spices.”
The latest expansion brings TBT operations to three butcher shops and four restaurants, including “The Mothership” location on the beach in Bay St. Louis.
