What do you do when you have something time-tested, beloved by locals and basically perfect? Some might say you sit
back, relax, and relish in your accomplishments. But those people aren’t Stacey Magnusen, owner of

Magnusen has been at the helm of Captain Al’s for several years and while she could have been content with its continued success, she knew she wanted to create something bigger, better, and beyond
amazing. And y’all, that is exactly what she did. Captain Al’s has undergone an incredible transformation, and the entire Gulf Coast is
benefiting from this monumental undertaking.
By all accounts, Captain Al’s has become a premier destination point for all
things food and fun. With an ever-growing and evolving menu, the offerings at Captain Al’s are simply astounding. From lunch to dinner and now brunch on weekends, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. The cocktail menu is out of this world – who doesn’t want to sip a delicious frozen drink while watching a warm coastal sunset? And with the addition of the Captain’s Wharf Marina, the sky is really the limit.
One glance at the brunch menu and you’ll know you’ve got something really special. The Delta Catfish and Grits is a hearty take on the fish and grits
staple. Fried Mississippi Delta catfish are served over Mississippi stone ground grits with all the “fixins.” The Crab Cakes Benedict BLT is the
perfect blend of two culinary favorites combining crispy fried crab cakes, bacon, lettuce, and tomato on top of a buttermilk biscuit, poached
