Redfish Imperial, yellowfin tuna steak and the Salt & Ivy burger, a 10-ounce specialty butcher’s blend hand-formed patty with bacon and cheese served on a house-made bun, are just a few of the entrees available, as well as pasta dishes, smoked double-cut pork chops and rib eye steak.

and made in-house, said Room Chef Jason McWhorter, adding attention is paid to using local vendors, especially for seafood and produce. In fact, Mississippi farm-raised catfish is featured on the Tuesday night special, the fried seafood platter. Friday nights are prime rib night.
The menu at Salt & Ivy was carefully crafted, McWhorter said. While certain lunch items are not found on the dinner menu, they can be enjoyed at BetMGM Book, Bar & Grill and Snacks, which has transitioned to a late-night option for sandwiches, wings and other fast items.
Additionally, Salt & Ivy mixologists serve up good spirits with a variety of New Orleans favorites and locally inspired hand- crafted cocktails during lunch and dinner. Highlights on the classic cocktail menu are the Sazerac, French 75, and the Biloxi Blue Martini.
Salt & Ivy serves breakfast and lunch Monday through Friday, 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. and dinner, 4 p.m. to midnight Sunday through Thursday and 4 p.m. to 1 a.m. Friday and Saturday nights.
