and quality meats fired up on the grills at the Blind Tiger restaurants, allowing you to become a home chef and cook your favorite dishes with your own special twist.
The Pass Christian meat and seafood market also offers chef-prepared foods just in case you don’t feel like cooking
yourself or dining out. Orders for fresh foods and chef- prepared dishes can be placed online daily for local pickup from 11 a.m. until 4 p.m. Orders for pick up must be placed the prior day before 2 p.m.
The shop does the production work for The Blind Tiger chain restaurants and works closely with the general and
kitchen managers to maintain consistency. Retail items offered include prime rib, ribeyes, strip steaks, filets, pork chops stuffed with boudin, poultry and freshly caught seafood from the Gulf of Mexico.
Shop patrons will also find a wide variety of grocery items such as dried beans, seasonings, oils, hot sauces, and fish
fry breading mixes. There’s also a grab-and-go menu that features restaurant fan favorites such as smoked tuna dip, ready-to-roast vegetables, and daily chalkboard specials like chicken gumbo. The smoked tuna dip is the most popular and sells out daily. Another popular grab-and-go menu item is the trendy smash burger, which is a blend of ground filet and ribeye steak that’s smashed to order to create a monster burger.
The website also takes orders for home chefs in Meridian, Batesville, and Starkville, which are delivered weekly to
local pick-up locations.
