A goal for many food trucks is the evolution from a café on wheels to a brick-and-mortar restaurant. That goal was recently obtained for Billy and Brittany Alexander, owners of The Scratch Kitchen (TSK) food truck and its newest stationary location, The Scratch Kitchen & Bar in downtown Ocean Springs.
TSK made a name for itself in the food truck circles as being home to the Heavenly Fruit Nachos, an incredibly delicious mountain of cinnamon crisps, fresh fruit, caramel, white chocolate, nuts, and the infamous cheese cake dip. Now you can get those nachos plated in all of their sugary glory, along with much, much more.
TSK offers an array of tapas, including Roasted Garlic Okra, Seafood Bread, and TSK Street Corn. A new addition to the menu is the Downtown Sausage Coney served in a variety of flavors, and Billy’s famous smoked pulled pork.
Don’t worry! All of your original food truck favorites are available, along with an awesome kid’s menu. TSK is serving up signature craft cocktails and will be featuring live music several nights a week. The Alexanders’ dream of The Scratch Kitchen becoming a coastal hotspot is quickly becoming a reality. Trust us when we say the food is FIRE!
