Look for the Salute Heart Healthy Seal Of Approval, which identi es hospital-approved menu items designed to be avorful and healthy. “The recipes of these special dishes have been designed to prove that avorful food can also be healthy,” says Stinson. Several Heart Healthy meals are available, including four vegan options.

of fresh garlic and herbs to ll the entire restaurant,” said Stinson of
