Grass-fed beef is more flavorful and studies show it’s healthier, according to
Michael Stonnington, M.D. “Taste surveys and studies have shown people like the taste of Grass-Fed over Grain-Fed. We do not utilize growth hormones or grains of any kind. All of our American Grass-fed Association Certified beef contains no antibiotics as well.” He finds that Grain- fed beef does not match the depth of taste found in Grass-fed Beef.
Stonnington dismisses two myths about Grass-fed beef — “It’s not tough and it’s not gamey.” That’s because the

The farm spends a lot of time and money on its pastures. “A cow’s digestive system is set up for grass, not grain,” he adds. “The cattle are trained to move between pastures without any stressful techniques.” That stress-free environment and daily interaction with the family and employees are the key to raising tasty premium beef.
