Last but not least, Delgado gives us a sure way to maintain good health and keep ourselves and our children safe from
the germs we face every single day. He says, “This is pretty straightforward: exercise regularly, get enough sleep, maintain
a healthy weight, don’t smoke, don’t drink alcohol, and eat enough protein, healthy fats, fruits, and vegetables.” For many of us, this is easier said than done. However, when it comes to your children, being willing to make tough choices to keep them happy, healthy, and able to live a long life is worth the cost.
