with ranch dressing, wrapped in a large flour tortilla, and slightly pressed and grilled, adding an extra touch of flavor. Served with broccoli or your choice of side, any of the wraps are an easy way to go.
But it’s a sports bar, and like so many others, its likability is judged and based heavily on two important things: wings and burgers. At the Hurley Huddle, both the wings and burgers are superior. The Winning Wings are available in your choice of “Huddle” wing sauce, ranging from bold
to dry rubbed to traditional. The Asian Ginger wings are sweet and sticky, with the red pepper seasoning adding just the right amount of heat.
While Hopkins originally envisioned her wings being the Huddle’s focal point, the Stadium Burgers quickly took center stage. A crowd favorite is the Huddle Burger, a Hawaiian-inspired treat. A half pound of freshly ground Angus is stacked tall with sauteed onions and peppers, pepper jack cheese, avocado, and both a teriyaki and mango habanero drizzle. Fully dressed and cushioned between the Huddle’s signature jalapeno cheddar bun, this burger is not for the faint of heart.
Hopkins’ dream of opening a restaurant where she could manage, grow and inspire a team of up-and-coming leaders has quickly become a reality. She attributes a large amount of her success to the outpouring of support from the Hurley community, along with her mother, Treva, and her children. The restaurant’s sports memorabilia décor has been donated entirely from local sports legends who wanted to give back a little bit of their success to the community where they got their start. Check out the Hurley Huddle and you too will become part of this incredible team.
