For 20 years the WINGS Performing Arts program at the Lynn Meadows Discovery Center has exposed young people ages 4 to 18 to the arts in a variety of ways, including getting a taste of being a part of a theatrical production. With the leadership of founder Tonya Hays, the name represented the angel wings of the children's museum namesake, the late Lynn Meadows, and continues to do so.
