plate at all, is the Crawfish Nachos. Look for a pile of crispy tortilla chips and crawfish covered in melted cheddar cheese, Pico de gallo sauce, and sliced jalapenos. The platter is run under the broiler and arrives at your table sizzling hot.
Other notable selections include chicken wings three ways, fried pickles, and debris fries piled high with roast beef and gravy. The debris fries could easily be shared by two.
If you are in the mood for seafood, the oyster selection is also notable. You can get them four ways, including raw, but for my money, I always select Oysters Rockefeller. What could be better than sizzling oysters covered in a creamy spinach sauce? The Fillin’ Station is also famous for their boiled crawfish. Of course the recipe is a secret, but the crawfish are tangy, spicy and delicious.
If you are up for a sandwich, you won’t find a better cheeseburger around. You
can also have it as a cheeseburger po-boy, which somehow makes it even better. The roast beef po-boy also gets high marks, but plan on using about half of the roll of paper towels that are on every table. One other sandwich selection should be considered: the Biloxi Blues is a grilled chicken sandwich made with BBQ sauce and fried jalapenos.

Other specialties include seared tuna, steaks, and beef pot roast.
The Fillin’ Station is the perfect place for lunch when you want really good food and some local color. It is also open late night, so if you are a late-night worker, or just out having fun after midnight, the Fillin’ Station is the place to be. Just don’t forget that hamburger steak!
