The first quarter of 2017 flew by, and after seeing record increases in home sales, we look forward to the next quarter with high expectations. Not only is Spring the hottest season for real estate, April is the kickoff month for many charitable and social events along the Coast. This is a great time to count our blessings and to give back to our community by participating in one of the many worthwhile events.

SIMPLE SPRING SELLING TIPS
1. Spring Cleaning: Your home needs to be spotless before buyers start walking through. You don’t have to labor long and hard over your cleaning, though. A few shortcuts can make quick work of even the most onerous chores.
2. Depersonalize: When buyers walk into your home, they want to see themselves living there. So if you have a lot of personal items scattered across the house, they’re less likely to feel at home.
3. Increase the Curb Appeal: It’s important to trim the bushes and trees, mow the lawn and water any flowers or shrubs. Or do something as simple as replacing your house numbers on your mailbox or door.
