the merger, there has been many changes to our Gulfport office. While Stephanie Shaw is still very much involved as owner/agent, we are excited to announce Holly Gibbs
as the managing broker/owner of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Preferred Properties. With our
four offices (Gulfport, Mississippi; Uptown New Orleans, Louisiana; Mid-City New Orleans, Louisiana; and Mandeville, Louisiana), 150 agents and an international brand, we pride ourselves in providing top- notch service in all our real estate transactions.

Holly S. Gibbs, broker/owner of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Preferred Properties (BHHS PP)knows her way around a closing table. After nearly a decade as the executive director of a successful non-profit, Gibbs soon realized her passion for negotiations and the desire to share her love of investing with others.
In 2010, she began her career in real estate as an investor and developer. She soon realized she needed more, so in 2015 she obtained her brokers license and from there she never looked back. Gibbs prides herself on having a plan and building her exit strategy for the next opportunity.
In January of 2022, her five-year plan was shortened by a few years and she stepped into the role of broker/owner of BHHS PP. Gibbs has been quoted
as saying, “Growth is necessary – painful but necessary, and if you are open
to possibilities, the world is your oyster.” She is supported by her dynamic husband, Richard, and their four sons. Gibbs is accredited SRE, ABR, MRP, C2 Excellence, and is working on her CCIM. But to her, the most important asset is her professionalism and dignity.
In her free time you will find Gibbs at the gym training her clients to better health, and soaking up the sun along the Gulf Coast. She will tell you there are no better days than those that start with sun and sand.
KRISTEN GARRIGA, Chief Growth Officer/Marketing Director
Kristen Garriga started her career with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices (BHHS) in 2018 and has grown with the business ever since. Prior to her real estate journey, she worked for nearly a decade for a local orthodontist office as a chairside assistant and marketing coordinator.
“As a lifelong resident, I take pride in calling the Mississippi Gulf Coast Home,” she says. Garriga, along with her husband, Brent, and their three children, reside in Pass Christian and are very active in the Gulf Coast community. “Serving on the Pass Christian Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors for the past two years, I have many opportunities to help the local communities thrive.”
In late 2021, BHHS Shaw Properties partnered with BHHS Preferred REALTORS in New Orleans, Louisiana, and Garriga now has the pleasure of growing not only the Mississippi office but four Louisiana offices as well.
