months. However, when office space at 118 North Beach Boulevard, right across from The Blind Tiger in Bay St. Louis, became available, Raymond's eyes gleamed with excitement.
“I missed talking with people in person, we all did,” she said. “When I saw that space, I knew it was our next venture.”
Amongst the hustle and bustle of downtown, HL Raymond Properties hopes to continue their legacy, all while helping others find their way home. “I've always said, in order to help people, you have to be where the people are,” Raymond said. “And that's where you'll find us.”
Raymond is excited about making the space her own, and creating a space that is welcoming for long-time residents and visitors alike. Combining a modern décor style with industrial elements, the new home for HL Raymond Properties will be both innovative and comfortable.
“I want our office space to stand out – for people to walk by and want to see what's inside,” says Raymond. In addition to a photo booth and fresh cookies, HL Raymond Properties will be a resource center for those looking to relocate to the area, or simply find their dream home in the place they already live and love.
As the renovation comes to a close, Raymond and her team are looking forward to welcoming guests as soon as the second quarter of the year. They are looking forward to unveiling their new look, as well as doing business in the heart of Bay St. Louis. Be sure to follow them on social media for updates!
