Tanya Gollott Swoope has been in Real Estate since 1992. She opened Gollott Lyons Real Estate in 1996. She is joined in her o ce by Sarah Pitalo Rider, Lydia Seymour Pickard, Judy Abide, Burton Swoope, Sheri Munter, Patrick Lyons, Kacie Denny, Diane Moore and Lynn O’Keefe. e streets of Biloxi have been home to these fam- ilies for more than 100 years. She feels that her team is what sets Gollott Lyons
apart. “Most of us have known each other for over 30 years. Each of us is uniquely di erent, yet we work so well together.”
Serving two terms as president of the Biloxi-Ocean Springs Association of Realtors has allowed her to get to know many other realtors on a personal level.
Her roots are rmly established in Biloxi as she has been an active member of the community. Some of her involvement includes being a member of St. Michael’s Parish and she is active at Nativity BVM Elementary School in Biloxi, as well as serving on the Board of Directors for Community Bank. She is a graduate of Leadership Gulf Coast and the Mississippi Association of Realtors Leadership Program.
Tanya Gollott Swoope works alongside her son Patrick Lyons and husband Burton Swoope. She has been named Volunteer of the Year by the City of Biloxi, is a Multi Million Dollar Producer Gold, Silver, Platinum and Diamond Award Winner,
as well as a Lifetime Member of the Million Dollar Roundtable. Tanya was named Realtor of the Year in 2009 and 2018. She specializes in waterfront residential, commercial, industrial and vacant land.
Sarah Pitalo Rider joined Gollott Lyons Real Estate in 1998 to handle the listing and selling of residential properties, as well as property management for the group. She is a 16-year member of the Million Dollar Club and a Lifetime Mem- ber of the Million Dollar Roundtable. As a top-performing real estate agent, Sarah’s single desire is to help families nd a house that can become a home.
Lydia Seymour Pickard is a well-estab- lished multi-million dollar producer who joined Gollott Lyons Real Estate in 1998. In addition to listing and selling resi- dential properties, Pickard is responsible for listing and selling land, investment properties and commercial properties. Rising quickly in the real estate industry, she received several awards and accolades for high sales.
