Fritz Development has won multiple statewide Best in Mississippi awards in various categories, including the Grand Award for the best
overall project based on quality, creativity and craftsmanship and the Subdivision Development of the Year award. The Best in Mississippi Building and Remodeling awards are sponsored each year by the Home Builders Association
of Mississippi. The Best in Mississippi Awards recognize the outstanding work of builders and remodelers throughout the state.
Fritz Development has also won the Tapestry Award sponsored by the Coast Chamber for excellence in small business in the category of Manufacturing and Construction.
The company is a member of the Gulf Coast Chamber, Ocean Springs Chamber and the
Home Builders Association of the Gulf Coast. Kim is on the Board of Directors of the Home Builders Association and is a Commissioner of Visit MS Gulf Coast.
Fritz Development will soon start construction on a multi-use building in downtown Biloxi. “The building will consist of two commercial units on the first floor and two residential
units on the second floor. The design will
be complimentary to Biloxi’s downtown redevelopment plans and will add to the inventory of high quality residential units that is so important to developing a vibrant downtown area.”
