Our beautiful Coast lends itself perfectly to some romance. No matter your date night (or day!) preferences, there’s something for every type of couple to enjoy on the Gulf Coast!
Are you and your partner foodies? There’s a plethora of restaurants for every type of romantic.
If you’re looking for high-end, you could visit one of the Coast’s many steakhouses, such as Field’s Steak & Oyster Bar in the Bay, Rack House Steaks and Spirits in Gulfport, and more! There’s also Southern fine dining at places like Cora’s Restaurant, located in the White House Hotel in Biloxi, as well as The Chimneys in Gulfport.
If you and your date love to share a beer, there are breweries such as Lazy Magnolia Brewing Company in the Kiln or Chandeleur Island Brewing Company in Gulfport to taste your way through.
If you’re looking for a spot that’s more casual, try somewhere such as Shaggy’s with locations across the Coast where you can take in the sunset on the beach, or get messy with some delicious food at places like The Shed BBQ – you might even catch some live music!
Speaking of music, do you and your partner love live events? The Coast has a lively music scene thanks to its rich music history and venues for musicians. From places like Ground
Zero Blues Club Biloxi with different performers multiple times a week to 100 Men Hall in Bay St. Louis which is a part of the Mississippi Blues Trail, there are no shortage of venues for your next date night!
There’s also the Mississippi Coast Coliseum which draws big names throughout the year, or our various casinos that bring musical acts for everybody to enjoy.
Maybe being out in the elements is more you and your partner’s speed.
What’s more idyllic than taking a sunset cruise? Mississippi Gulf Coast Boat Tours in the Bay has daytime and sunset sailing options for you to enjoy the outdoors. Ship Island Excursions in Gulfport offers a sunset cocktail cruise for those 21+, or you can choose from one of the Coast’s many sailing charters to personalize your experience.
You can go for a walk on the beach and enjoy the tranquility of the water. Not to mention, there are nature trails you can appreciate along the Coast as well.
If you’re looking for some adrenaline to go with any date nerves, there’s even zip-lining at places like Zip’N Fun Adventure Park in Gulfport or Finishline Performance Karting in Biloxi.
