While searching for professional wardrobe accessories, she couldn’t nd the right t for her style. So, in 2008, she began designing and creating her own jewelry.
Besse wanted professional pieces that she could wear every day, but was also looking for staple items that were fun and functional. She continuously dedicated more and more time to her craft, creating

Besse also enjoys beading. The color combinations and variety of beads
are endless and provide a channel where her creativity can really soar. Wooden and glass beads make the perfect amalgamation for gorgeous necklaces adorned with a local oyster shell decorated with gold leaf. However,
business that focuses on other women. Her business background has helped her navigate the commercial side of her job, while her love of art and all things sparkly continues to inspire her designs and creative process.
Throughout the upcoming year, Besse plans to focus on new and original pieces that she can design and create from the ground up. She hopes to grow her fanbase and loves the periodic addition of her quick-to-sell-out clothing pieces. Besse credits her success to her hard work and
jewelry for others and selling her pieces at local farmer’s markets. Her designs continued to draw large crowds at art festivals both locally and regionally and, in 2014, Besse launched Jensa Jo’s Jewels on Facebook, all while researching and studying new methods for production with the goal of evolving the brand for her consumer base.
She incorporates a wide variety of mediums and agents into her earrings,
bracelets and necklaces. From the beginning, wire wrapping has been one of Besse’s
favorite styles. She enjoys the uidity that comes with wrapping natural stones or glitzy Swarovski crystals,
knowing that each design takes on a life of its own. Additionally, wire wrapping
Besse’s current focus is on all things resin. Resin is versatile, adaptable and o ers
a cutting-edge approach to featuring sparkles, owers and all the pretty things. Distinctive mold shapes, radiant glitter and hand laid oral pieces truly showcase this artist’s ability to design beautiful jewelry and is quickly becoming some of her most in demand pieces.
Besse believes that people love jewelry because of its individualistic manner
and its versatility. Any little black dress can be casually paired with a wire wrapped druzy necklace or become date night ready with a pair of bejeweled hoop earrings. The wearer can easily and beautifully express individual style through a variety of pieces. Besse designs her jewelry with the everyday woman in
dedication to her fans, but is also grateful for the unconditional support from her husband, Brad, who has been an integral part of this endeavor from the beginning.
