for Christmas. There’s a lovely white creche on a bed of green moss. A garland of greens, twigs and sparkly lights graces the stairway while white reindeer graze on a nearby table.
The round glass table in the dining room graciously reflects the sparkling lights. The silver threads in the sun room’s sofa, chairs and pillows give off a fun glimmer from all the silver, gold and white lights.
A village of colorful gingerbread houses sits on a bed of ‘snow’ in the kitchen as they wait for Santa’s arrival.
The gardens surrounding the home are a blissful explosion of white lights on trees and all around. This wonderland comes to life at night. The gazebo is especially festive with festoons of lights and a merry Christmas sign. A quartet of snow flocked trees are a welcoming sight inside and even the gazebo’s ceiling is bright with lights.
Near the outdoor kitchen there are three driftwood holiday trees and three large gold ornaments hang over the bar. An especially intimate outdoor nook is just to the side of the kitchen with a fireplace and two comfy chairs.
The grounds include a swimming pool and an outdoor kitchen and entertaining area that won a state design award for Kevin Taylor. The area is complete with a two-story guest house that’s perfect for visiting family members. Inside, it carries out the home’s same peaceful color palette of white and gray with matching holiday decorations.
Large stones are used as accent pieces throughout the outdoor area where huge ferns and manicured shrubbery reign supreme. There’s also greenery with silvered twigs for extra shine this time of year.
Outdoor trees with white lights — and one with colored lights, strings of lights overhead and a warm fire pit surrounded by comfortable seating make this area a great party scene.
The home’s front entrance shines brightly at night with strands of clear lights swirling around each tree. There’s no mistaking that it’s Christmas time!
