As a cooperative, Coast Electric Power Association is guided by a set of principles, one of which is concern for the community we serve. Each year, our employees spend countless hours giving back both as representatives
of Coast Electric and in their personal lives. We are proud of our generous employees who make financial contributions or volunteer their time to serve South Mississippi.
In support of their service, Coast Electric donates $100 to each participating employee's chosen organization during the holiday season through our Spark Cheer campaign. Last year, the campaign was a wonderful success with 35 organizations receiving a total of $6,300 all on behalf of our employees.
This December, Coast Electric elves will be visiting their chosen charitable organizations to hand deliver the 2021 donations and spread a little cheer to those who do so much for our community. We are thankful for the employees of Coast Electric for living our mission through volunteerism and for helping to improve
the quality of life where we live and work. We can’t wait to see the joy these donations will bring to local organizations this holiday season.
