As it does for so many others, the holiday season invokes a sense of baking nostalgia. Some of my fondest memories come from my grandmother’s kitchen, sandwiching peanut butter between Ritz crackers then dipping
the sandwich into a bowl of melted chocolate. Waiting for this simple yet decadent delight to dry on a piece of parchment paper was torture, yet these recollections are some of my most cherished. Today is no di erent.
