Don’t leave home without it — this list that is. What’s in your wallet? The 2018 version of my Top 10 Golf Gifts should be before you head out to the mall, the outlet store or your local golf shop. Golfers are picky. They want
the promise of ten more yards, straighter drives and fewer putts. The countdown begins.
10.CLICGEAR — PGA.com labels clicgear as the Rolls Royce of push carts. Give your favorite golfer the gift of exercise. No better way to spend two or four hours than taking 10,000 green-grass steps.
7. BIG DOG —
all golfers love a new driver, especially when the latest and greatest offers a few more yards. This year’s golf course testosterone booster is the Titleist TS.
3. GOLF COURSE MEMBERSHIP — an annual pass or a membership to a Coast course might brighten the Christmas lights this year.
9. TRAINING AID — my two favorites are the Eyelinge Putting mirror and the Half-Cup.

4. GIFT
CARD — the
way of the
world. Gift
cards simply
say, “I didn’t want to waste time searching
for the perfect gift, so I just bought a gift card.” However, this is the best way to buy your favorite golfer a pair of shoes, shorts or a shirt.
THE DON’TS OF GOLF GIFT BUYING Don’t buy your golf fanatic golf balls. That’s like buying ties, socks, or underwear
for a loved one. It’s okay if you personalize them. Don’t wrap up a tee and marker set this year. Even more boring than purchasing intimates. Finally, do not under any circumstances buy your favorite golfer a stroke counter.
6. BOSS OF THE MOSS — putters never go out of style in December. This year’s must have? Ping’s Sigma 2. Scotty Cameron’s 2018 Limited Release. You might have to cash out your 401K.
2. GOLF — has your favorite golfer ever mentioned a bucket-list course? Dig a little. The gift of golf never grows old. Bethpage Black, Pebble Beach and Bandon Dunes headline the list.

— club transports have come a long way. Answer a few questions about your golfer, and your golf professional will send you home with the best bag.
