Also, have water between drinks to avoid overindulging.”
Sometimes the key to holiday health may be found in laughter. “Try to focus on socializing rather than food,” Jim said. “Socializing will not increase your calorie consumption and you can actually burn calories by talking and laughing.”
But in the end, Janine said not overdoing it during the holidays comes down to one simple thing — self control. “If you must indulge in the bad food, then do so very conservatively and limit the intake to small servings.”

Another way to cut down on your calories, Janine said, is to bring a healthy dish to the gathering. “If you bring your own healthy dish to the party, then you will
