An organization under the umbrella
of the Mississippi Gulf Coast Chamber of Commerce that some residents
may not be aware of is the chamber’s foundation to further serve members’ needs. Founded in 2008, the Mississippi Gulf Coast Chamber of Commerce Foundation (MGCCCF) was developed to conduct professional and leadership development, education and workforce training and to provide scholarships to those seeking higher education.
“The foundaiton provides funding for educational programs aimed at furthering professional development for business and leadership development to current and future community leaders on the Mississippi Gulf Coast,” Chamber CEO Adele Lyons said. “To reach the goals, the MGCCCF works in partnership with the Mississippi Gulf Coast Chamber
of Commerce, Inc. to execute the development series, address workforce development, and create and implement leadership development opportunities.”

business hours — 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday.
