“We just don’t see that many multi-generation family businesses anymore,” said Ryan Goldin, president of Florence Gardens, the company developing the Magnolia District in Gulfport.
The project is the 11th phase of Florence Gardens, a 500- acre master-planned community with multiple neighborhoods that each have a distinct personality.
