M arcia A. Crawford frequently hears stories of people who enjoy full lives on the Coast once they left their careers.
As director of marketing and relocation for the Harrison County Development Commission, Crawford has about 25 volunteer ambassadors in Coastal Partnership who spread the word that the Coast is the place to live. They also work closely with Coastal Mississippi to encourage tourists to make the area their permanent home.
“These ambassadors get out there and share what they love about living on the Coast. They are dedicated, motivated and energized,” Crawford said.
