If you don’t want to spend Thanksgiving in the kitchen, our Dining section is loaded with information about Casino Thanksgiving specials and carry-out turkey specials offered by several local businesses. That’s in addition to a story about the Rackhouse restaurant, Basil’s dining review and Julian Brunt’s foodie column.
Do you know about baseball great Dizzy Dean and his connection to Wiggins? In the Sports & Outdoors section, A.J. Giardina writes about this amazing Hall of Fame legend and how his memory lives on.
In the Leisure section there’s a nifty idea detailing how to make a decorative pumpkin stack that will set the Thanksgiving theme at your house.
The Gulfport Civic League’s tour of homes kicks off the holidays around here. We give you a sneak peek at the homes on the December 2 tour in our Home section.
The Fall Fashions special section features lots of fashions from local shops and boutiques along with stories about two young ladies making a name for themselves in the world of fashion.
And last but certainly not least, the Golden Years section addresses some of the issues facing seniors and salutes just a few of those who’re truly ‘living life to the fullest’ during these years.
Wishing you a happy and blessed Thanksgiving from everyone at M2 Media Corp,
