said. “Mr. Keith played a major role and left a piece of his heart within these old walls.”
Rosetti is pleased to feature the works of many Coast

There are many artists working in various media who exhibit
at The Pink Rooster. Just a few are spotlighted here including Sherry Carlson, Melinda Gandy, Lolita Dickinson, Sandra Halat and Valerie Winn.
Carlson grew up in Gulfport where she was encouraged by family and teachers to pursue a career in art. After studies and a degree in graphic design, she worked in the printing and magazine industry before turning her talent to painting.
Gandy was born and raised in the Gulf South and loves to paint it all, from figure and portraiture, to still life, landscape and seascape.
Dickinson is a native of South Alabama and currently resides in SOUTH MISSISSIPPI Living | www.smliving.net
West Mobile. She works in various mediums and produces both realistic and semi-abstract works of art.
Halat earned degrees at the University of North Carolina in drawing, painting and printmaking. She was involved with the Vermont Studio Center, Arrowmont Arts and Craft and the University of Tennessee. She taught at Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College, High Point University and the University of North Carolina.
