sauteed tomatoes are the perfect balance to this delicate fish. Served over a bed
of rice pilaf and a side of creamed spinach, this dish is truly a gem. The blackened mahi tacos are some
of the best fish tacos you will find. Generous portions of blackened mahi are nestled inside perfectly grilled flour tortillas. Sriracha infused cole slaw and thinly sliced pickled onions formulate the perfect addition. While good enough to be eaten alongside a handful of saltines, Walczak serves up a side of his signature remoulade, making the absolute best compliment to an already delectable meal.
Perhaps the crowning jewel of this feast is the aptly named Crab Cakes Voodoo. Three large crab cakes made from the perfect amalgamation of crab and stuffing are lightly breaded and fried. These jewels of the sea sit atop a plentiful portion of asiago cheese grits that would make any southern momma proud. However, the treasure of this dish is the Voodoo Sauce. A creole- based cream sauce adorned with sauteed shrimp, the Voodoo Sauce flatters this meal by providing the perfect balance between the crispy crab cakes and the smooth and creamy grits. The Crab Cakes Voodoo are seasoned with soul and could summon and calm the most difficult of spirits.
