In case y’all don’t know from my YouTube channel, I love food. I love trying all the variety of options our Mississippi Gulf Coast has to offer, from Italian to Vietnamese, and more! And even
though fried seafood is the most thought of, we have quite a few healthy eating options as well.
MAKING GROCERIES
This place is
in Biloxi and has one of the most unique menus. All of their menu is plant-based too. Each plate I’ve ever seen has a
rainbow of different colors from all of the amazing fruits and vegetables. They also offer meal prep and catering services.
GLORY BOUND GYRO CO.
When I’m
looking for
a laid-back
environment,
Glory Bound is
often the place I go. Even though they
are serving up some great vibes, their delicious healthy options aren’t to be snoozed on! Their salads are some of my favorites, and I love their humus appetizer with some fresh veggies.
PREP BY KUG
One of those things that people normally
dream about is a personal chef. With Prep by KUG, you
practically have it. Not only do
they make some yummy dishes, they do
the work for you! Plus, they mix up their menu each week so you can experience a variety of fresh, delicious options.
FARMER’S MARKETS While local
farmer’s
markets are fun
to walk around
and explore,
they are also
great places
to pick up the
freshest fruits and veggies. We also have quite a few local vendors that produce some great healthy products, such as fresh pressed juice from SIP Juicing.
GOOD KARMA CAFE
I’m
bummed
I hadn’t
visited this
restaurant
sooner. They
are a vegan café preparing some of the most delicious items with an Indian/ Malaysian fusion. You are sure to leave with a full, happy belly and new favorite flavors!
