After taking over the family business, Nicolas and Tracie Strayham have loved owning and operating Lamey Electric, Inc. since 2017.
Their favorite part of the job? “Every day there is something new. No two days are the same, it keeps us on our toes,” they say.
They love being involved in their community and love that everyone they meet feels like family. Speaking of family, they are the parents of three daughters – two human, and one canine.

RACHEL BRIDGES
As owner and lead esthetician of Bridges Skin + Body,
you could say that Rachel Bridges has a passion for skincare. “I developed my love of skincare in cosmetology school,” she recalls. “After advancing my skills at a few great places here on the Coast, I opened my own business in 2015 and have been sharing my skincare knowledge with my clients ever since.”
Not only do Bridges’ customers leave with visible results, she also helps them regain their confidence while enjoying a much-needed break from their busy days. “Developing those relationships and seeing those results are what I enjoy most about what I do,” she says.
Bridges and her husband have been happily married
for 17 years, and together they have a wonderful son along with three dogs. Her friends describe her as friendly, hardworking, loyal, creative, and detail-oriented. Interestingly, a Gemini, Bridges does have a twin brother!
A longtime resident of the Coast, Bridges is thankful
to be a part of the tapestry of South Mississippi. “I am very appreciative of the support the community has given to me and my business throughout the years and I look forward to providing services to the Coast for years to come.”
