CLIFF HORNE
Cliff Horne grew up in the business of jewelry making. His grandfather was a watchmaker and three of his uncles were jewelers. After attending Jones Junior College in Ellisville to learn watchmaking, he was hired by a jeweler in Hattiesburg to learn how to repair jewelry. That was just the beginning of Horne’s long and prosperous career.
“I feel very fortunate to get to be a part of people’s special moments and milestones,” he says. “Every piece of jewelry has its own unique properties and challenges, so my job is never boring!”
Horne can’t imagine living any other place aside from the Coast. “It lives up to the state motto of hospitality!”
Horne loves what he does and is proud to be able to do it in his favorite place. Horne Custom Jewelry is home to a wide selection of new and estate jewelry. He is always on the hunt for unique and one-of-a-kind pieces that are fun and affordable.
In his downtime, Horne loves fishing and spending time with his family. He and his wife, Melissa, have been married for 25 years and have two children, Thomas (25) and Laney (22).
