With a lifelong passion for real estate and a tireless enthusiasm for helping others, Dallas Kelly opened Fidelis Realty Kelly Properties. As a broker, she is able to do what she loves while helping her agents achieve their own success.
“Women should empower women and be excited about each other’s successes,” Kelly explains. “We are all working hard to achieve our goals and knowing others are cheering you on is very motivating.” Her advice to other women entrepreneurs is to chase their dreams. She believes that with enough hard work and dedication, anything is possible. “Don’t let anyone convince you otherwise!”
While she has achieved much in her career, she always puts
her family first. “My greatest successes are my children,” she says. “The most important thing to me is being a good mom, daughter, sister, and friend. Nothing matters more than that.”
When she’s not busy helping others accomplish their dreams, she loves to cook old-fashioned, from scratch, southern food for her family and friends. What brings her more joy than cooking? Seeing people enjoy what she has prepared. Kelly also doesn’t miss a single thing her kids are involved in, from Friday night lights and cheer competitions with her daughter to listening to her son sing. She also makes time for after-hours events to network and grow her business and the occasional girl’s night out.
