“I am from Pascagoula and have been with the company for 15 years. I started as an outside sales rep for our Biloxi location and was promoted to the general manager position about 2 years after starting. I have worked all positions within our company and currently I am a franchise partner in our Biloxi and Tampa locations, the VP of sales for Poolemerica Enterprises, and part owner of our real estate development and management company.
It has been a journey of a thousand mistakes, but one of the great things about our company is that we are allowed to make mistakes as long as you only make them once. Our company has an understanding that growth happens from failure, and we are okay with people failing as long as they are learning at the same time. Our culture has always been around helping others along with helping yourself grow into the better version of yourself.”
MOLLIE ROCKSTAD
“I am from the Gulf Coast. I moved often as a kid with a father in the military, but this is my home. After working in the hospitality industry for 7 years, I accepted a personal assistant position with Poolemerica to the owner/CEO, Jason Poole. Over the last 8 years, I created a role for myself on the operations side of the business, handling all things finance, employee relations, and compliance. Currently, I hold the role of CFO for Poolemerica. I love the relentless, no excuses culture of the organization. You won’t find any group of people that work as hard as we do, while at the same time having fun, and taking care of each other. We succeed only by helping others succeed.”

“I was born and raised in Pascagoula. I have been with Express for 8 years. I started as a junior recruiter and am now the vice president of recruiting for all 7 of our Express locations. I also work with our other franchisees and help mentor our newer GMs and recruiters.

“I have been with Express since 2012 when I took a leap of faith and never looked back. I graduated with a degree in business management from the University of Southern Mississippi. I am a member of the specialized recruiting group at Express, which focuses on engineering and upper level placements in the construction industry. Our Express family is a culture driven by personal development and a passion for helping others.
Prior to joining Express, I sold real estate in Colorado for 8 years and have continued to help family and friends along the Gulf Coast. I currently reside in Pascagoula with my beautiful wife, Kristin, and three amazing children, Bishop, Aubree, and Lincoln.
