5 Biloxi Twelfth Night The Gulf Coast will
officially change from the holiday season to Carnival season. Festivities begin at 5pm, the reigning Royal Court of Gulf Coast Carnival Assoc. will be presented to extinguish the Christmas lights at the Biloxi Lighthouse, followed by the parade to the Mardi Gras Museum.
