That philosophy is stitched into every corner of Flourish Boutique, the women’s clothing and gift shop the duo opened last June in Gulfport.
The shop also hosts seasonal events and after-hours art classes, further reinforcing its role as a gathering place. As the inaugural anniversary approaches, Bryan says plans are still forming—but a flourishing celebration is definitely guaranteed.

Nestled under the majestic oaks of Downtown Ocean Springs, Coastal Magpie is not your mama’s antique shop. Sure, there are antiques and handcrafted works of art, but there’s something extra special about this place—and it’s not just the smell of their famous Kudzu candles and wax melts.
Husband and wife Jarrett Potter and JoAnn Wheeler are the dynamic duo behind this fun and eclectic shop. They devote much of their time to finding the coolest antiques from across the country to bring back for their patrons, as well as seeking out local artists to feature.
