you want to indulge. Signature dishes under the Good Dog side, such as the Baked Avocado and Egg or the Smoked Salmon Lox Bagel, are brunch staples. Still, the Bad Dog options were my favorite. The Blueberry Ricotta Pancakes are a house delicacy and are some of the best pancakes you’ll find anywhere. The Banana Foster French Toast is everything sweet you love about French toast with that perfect combination of everyone’s favorite addition of bananas and caramel. The Crab Cakes Benedict are nothing short of amazing, but the most delicious and hearty of all is the Free Range Skillet. Three eggs, house cochon pork, a medley of bell peppers, onions, garlic, and oyster mushrooms, along with fried potatoes and cheddar cheese are assembled, baked golden, and served hot in a cast iron skillet. It’s the best breakfast for when you are hungry and need all the satisfaction.

stellar. I absolutely love the Fried Green Tomato Stack. Battered green tomatoes are flash-fried and topped with a Boursin cream cheese spread and red pepper coulis. If you love fried green tomatoes, this is the dish for you. The Baked Pimento Cheese Skillet is also amazing, showcasing house pimento cheese baked to perfection and served alongside toasted crostini. But one of the go-to options at Blue Dog is the Blue Dog Burger. Balsamic red onion, goat cheese, arugula, and heirloom tomatoes are served atop a handmade patty and a toasted sourdough bun. This is the burger of your dreams one of the most standout items on the menu.
Blue Dog Bistro is one of those special places where you can’t go wrong with anything you order. Whether you are looking for a delicious coffee, an easy brunch with friends, or that perfect lunch spot, Blue Dog is an easy go- to. Everything is made fresh and
cooked to order, which definitely comes across in the food. The atmosphere is modern, relaxed and absolutely inviting and it’s one of those places that I can’t wait to revisit soon!
