Coastal Family Health Center (CFHC)
was founded in 1976 with a simple but
powerful mission: to provide quality,
comprehensive, patient-centered
healthcare to the Mississippi Gulf Coast
community regardless of a person’s
economic status. Now, 50 years later, that
mission still exists at the heart of everything
it does. Today, CFHC offers comprehensive
primary care services for patients of all ages
— including family medicine, pediatrics,
behavioral health, pharmacy services, and
much more. CFHC proudly serves Hancock
County through a community clinic, 8
school-based clinics, and the recently
opened pharmacy in Bay St. Louis, helping
expand access to affordable medications.
At Coastal Family Health Center, patients
are people — not numbers. That philosophy

Patient-Centered Medical Home and Joint
Commission accredited organization, they
focus on treating the whole person while
making quality healthcare accessible and
welcoming for everyone. CFHC believes

They accept Medicare, Medicaid, and most
insurance plans, while also offering a sliding
scale discount program for uninsured
patients based on household income.
Through their pharmacies, patients enjoy
discounts through the 340B program,
whether they have prescription coverage
or not. The Coastal Family Health Center
