Attractions
W hen it comes to attractions
and activities, the Mississippi Gulf Coast
is a destination for all seasons and all ages. There are events such as Cruisin’ the Coast, the Peter Anderson Arts & Crafts Festival and Christmas on the Water. Throughout the year there are activities for those who want
to be active as well as those looking for more leisurely pursuits. Come see us any time of the year and find plenty
to do.
Being coastal gives us many options, including the sand beach and
its rentals, deep sea fishing, Ship Island Excursions, the Biloxi Shrimping Tour, and cruises on two beautiful Biloxi Schooners.
There are eco tours, river and marsh tours,
marinas and water parks providing
other types of water activities. Learning is fun at interactive places such as Infinity Space Center, the Center for Marine Education and Research and the Lynn Meadows Discovery Center — Mississippi’s first children’s museum.
Art and culture also abound through galleries and museums, including the Walter Anderson Art Museum, the Ohr-O’Keefe Art Museum, the Scranton Nature Museum
and the Mardi Gras Museum.
Soak up some history with the Biloxi Tour Train, Beauvoir, the Maritime and Seafood Industry Museum and the West End Hose Co.
Enjoy exploring the many offerings of the Mississippi Gulf Coast!
