Shopping
T he Mississippi Gulf Coast is
a wonderland for shopping. Shoppers wanting to while away
a few hours browsing, antiquing, or doing some serious shopping will not be disappointed.
There are souvenir shops where visitors can find kitschy things for the folks back home. There are museum and art gallery shops with memorable keepsakes and hobby and craft shops for a personal touch. For original art, the art galleries have the works of local and regional artists available.
Locally-owned dress, shoe, jewelry and specialty shops abound along with major department stores.
There’s even a factory outlet center, Gulfport Premium Outlets, where the latest fashions, as well as, bargains reign.
Shop in quaint centers such as Anchor Square, Sazerac Square and Rue Magnolia with
their eclectic mixes. Or enjoy strolling tree-lined downtown areas such as downtown Ocean Springs and Old Town Bay St. Louis. National brands are available
at inviting centers
and malls such as The Promenade, Crossroads, Edgewater Mall and Lakeview Village & Indian Plaza.
Whatever your preference, you’ll find it in the Coast’s wide selection of shopping options.
