Jeff Jassby’s passion for building began at a young age, but it took an interesting experience for that passion
to become his career. Jeff was recently married and building a new home when unfortunately his contractor’s supervisor passed away before completing the house.
Jeff thought, “I can finish my home in 60 days.” He knew he could, and he told the contractor that once he did it, he wanted to be hired. As Jeff says now, “this was a good way of learning the business hard and fast.”
Jeff finished the home in 52 days and was hired by the contractor. In six months he became a partner. He and
his partner developed land, put roads and curbs in and built all the homes in a 92 lot subdivision. After four years as partners, Jeff started his own company, Jassby Custom Homes Inc.
Jassby Custom Homes Inc. is based
on referral business and creating reality from those customers’ dreams. Jeff’s favorite project is his own personal home that displays his mastery of creating quality features. He takes pride in the brick arches on the inside of his French country homes as well as the Venetian plaster in his Mediterranean homes.
