Several promoted at Gulf Coast properties
GULF COAST — Boomtown Casino Biloxi and Hollywood Casino Gulf Coast, Penn Entertainment’s properties on the Gulf Coast, announced several promotions recently. Promoted were Mandy Dupuy-Ladner, Shawn Richey, Hannah Crain, Aimee Moran, Winter Rhoden and Ivory Kennedy.
held various positions including systems specialist, programmer, system administrator, business manager, IT engineer, IT manager and IT director.
His 18 years of casino industry experience includes the opening of
the $500-plus million Lumiere Place Casino in St. Louis, Missouri, in 2007. Throughout his career, Richey has been an instrumental part of several gaming and point-of-sale system conversions.
Hannah Crain was recently promoted to dual property revenue audit manager for Hollywood and Boomtown.
Prior to her
promotion, she
held the roles
of revenue
auditor and
revenue audit assistant manager. Before joining Penn Entertainment in October 2021, Crain was an office manager/HR for Howard Electric & Controls in Pinola, Mississippi, from 2017-2021.
She was a field office manager/ purchasing agent at WHC Energy Services in Broussard, Louisiana, from 2014-2017.
Aimee Moran was recently promoted
to human resources generalist at Boomtown Biloxi.
Prior to
her joining
Boomtown
in 2019 as
a human
resources coordinator, Moran held various positions at other casinos in food and beverage, finance, and slots. She has 17 years of gaming industry experience, including her most recent role of high-volume recruiter.
Winter Rhoden has been promoted to assistant F&B outlet manager for Boomtown. She will assist the F&B
multi-outlet manager and oversee the restaurant operations, banquets, and Fat Tuesday.
Rhoden
began her
career at
Boomtown
in March
2014 as a
grill attendant. In July 2019, she
was promoted to assistant food and beverage shift manager and was responsible for assisting with the overall front-of-house outlet operations for the grill, buffet, banquets, Fat Tuesday and the gift shop.
Rhoden was a key resource to
the casino operations team when transitioning the beverage team under their administration.
Mandy
Dupuy-Ladner
is the new
vice president
of human
resources for
Hollywood and
Boomtown.
She started
her Penn
career as a
part-time golf
shop attendant
at Hollywood Gulf Coast in 2001 and has held a variety of property roles, including dual rate banquet server,
golf sales coordinator, recruiter, HR business partner, and she even served briefly as a groundskeeper after Hurricane Katrina.
Most recently, Dupuy-Ladner opened Hollywood Casino Morgantown in Central Pennsylvania as the director
of human resources. Prior to her Morgantown role, she served as the talent manager and human relations business partner for the corporate human relations team where she was highly involved in the implementation and development of the talent shared service models and new HR systems, assisted with the Pinnacle merger/ property integration, and assisted in development of such company talent programs as LEAP.

started out as a high school teacher and coach before transitioning to hospitality. She was the banquet/ multiple F&B outlet manager at Del Lago Casino Resort in Central New York, executed such events as the 2019 Women’s Hall of Fame Gala and has also worked on the hotel/ resort side of operations for VIP guest events.
Shawn Richey
Kennedy has worked in upscale, fine dining establishments as a food and beverage director, dining room operations and service manager; wine, beer and spirits procurement manager; and as an event director. Kennedy is currently working through the Court of Master Sommeliers and WSET programs.
