Casino employees work together on Earth Day Bee Garden
Bally’s Vicksburg team member volunteers created a bee garden as they celebrated Earth Day. The garden, located near their human resources office and employee entrance, will support the pollinators. They also launched a lights-off campaign to conserve energy when team members leave the office. Volunteers included Michael Brown, A’Rodesia Burden, Lori Cameron, Angela Chatman, Myrtis Hayes, Randall Hughes, Tim Hunter, Lamar Jackson, Adrina Johnson, General Manager Derrius Morris, Cassy Muscalino, Tarsha Neal, and Elza Smith.

Trop Greenville employees Rosetta Kent, Bernice McCray, General Manager Amanda Hansen, and Jerrald Bland spent Earth Day volunteering at The Mississippi Delta Nature and Learning Center teaching children about the water cycle and making nature-friendly crafts.

Four Gulf Coast casinos
celebrated Earth Day by
participating in the annual Deer Island clean-up. Beau Rivage, Hard
Rock, Harrah’s Gulf Coast and Golden Nugget partnered with Mississippi Power, the Department of Marine Resources and the City of Biloxi to collect collected trash and debris in an effort to beautify the barrier island. The Deer Island Clean Up is now in its 14th year.
