Golden Nugget opens new sportsbook
BILOXI — The new DraftKings Sportsbook is now open at Golden Nugget Biloxi. The expansive
retail sportsbook includes three video walls with state-of-the-art LED screens and a viewing area with VIP and stadium seating. In addition to the updated viewing experience, the retail sportsbook offers 17 live betting kiosks and five betting windows.
The sportsbook is powered
by DraftKings technology and includes many of the same features available on the DraftKings Sportsbook app, giving customers the ability to place
Same Game Parlays, prop bets and an array of in-play betting options.

space for diners

Featured at Taste
of Hollywood are
menus for Southern,
Wok (Asian), BYOB (Build Your Own Bowl), and Slice (pizza). There are also desserts at Sweet Things. The food hall is welcome news for guests and players looking for more dining options at Hollywood. Located in the former Epic Buffet space, it is open Sunday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 8 a.m. to midnight.
Food can be ordered for dine-in or carry out. An order station with the menus posted overhead is located at the entrance, which is where orders are placed and food is purchased. Comp dollars are welcome. The PENN Play app can also be used to conveniently order online. The individual overhead menus feature an impressive number of selections and can also be viewed online at hollywoodcasinotunica.com.
Southern, Wok, Slice and Sweet Things stations are self-explanatory. With Taste of Hollywood’s BYOB, diners start with mashed potatoes, salad or rice-based dishes and then build on this foundation. Diners can customize the bowls to their personal preference.

Bok Homa expansion adds restaurant, sportsbook
BILOXI — Bok Homa Casino celebrated the grand opening of its new Red Creek Restaurant as well as the casino’s recent expansion and 13th anniversary in January. At the event, which featured remarks by Tribal Chief Cyrus Ben, guests were treated to anniversary cake, hors d’oeuvres and T-shirts.
The expansion added 7,000 square feet of gaming and entertainment space, including a state-of-the-art sportsbook, an entertainment stage and the new Red Creek Restaurant. The restaurant offers a variety of enticing dishes, including appetizers, soups and salads, burgers and po’ boys, as well as daily plate specials.
“At Bok Homa Casino, we
are always looking for ways to enhance our guests’ experience and satisfaction. We are proud to introduce Red Creek Restaurant, a
new dining destination that offers a variety of dishes to suit every taste and preference,” said Sonny Johnson, president and CEO.
Red Creek Restaurant is not only a place to eat, but also a place to celebrate the Choctaw (Chahta) heritage, which inspired the name of the restaurant. Bok means “creek” and Homa means “red” in the Choctaw language. A creek is illustrated in the casino’s red-and- white logo.
Bok Homa features about 700 slot machines and eight table games. It
is located in Jones County, about 20 miles northeast of Laurel, Mississippi, a town made famous by the HGTV show “Home Town.” Bok Homa is one of Pearl River Resort’s three casinos, the others being Silver Star Hotel
& Casino and Golden Moon Hotel & Casino.
