Sheila Martin has been promoted to executive director of hotel operations for Pearl River Resort. At the resort for 21 years, Martin will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotels at Silver Star, Golden Moon, and Dancing Rabbit Inn in addition to Geyser Falls Water Theme Park.
She most recently served as executive director of food and beverage.
Christopher “CJ” Hencyk has been promoted to the position of executive director of food and beverage. Hencyk will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day food-and-beverage operations, as well as the oversight of resort sales and banquet teams. Hencyk has more than 20 years of experience, and has served as both director and senior director of food and beverage for Pearl River Resort. Previous experience includes leadership positions at Caesars Entertainment Corporation.
Hencyk holds a Master of Business Administration from Christian Brothers University, as well as a Hospitality Administration Management degree from University of Nevada, Las Vegas

Alex Delgado has been appointed
executive chef at Pearl River Resort. Delgado will oversee the culinary staff for both Pearl River Resort and Bok Homa Casino. He has been with the resort since 2017, serving as chef de cuisine at Phillip M’s and most recently as assistant executive chef. Delgado has an Associate of Culinary Arts from Le Cordon Bleu in Austin, Texas and has more than 15 years of culinary experience.
Oretta Conrad has been promoted to director of employment for Pearl River Resort. Conrad will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the employment center for the resort and will continue her duties within the Bok Homa Casino human resources department. She has been at Pearl River Resort for more than 10 years and most recently served as interim employment manager.
Prior to joining the resort, she served as the licensing coordinator and in background investigations with the Choctaw Gaming Commission for 15 years.
Conrad holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Belhaven University and a degree in Computer Information Systems from Haskell Indian Nations University.

Executive team additions at Ameristar Vicksburg
VICKSBURG — Ameristar Casino Hotel Vicksburg recently announced executive team additions and promotions.
Peter Dang joins Ameristar Vicksburg as director of casino operations. Born and raised in New Orleans, Dang began working in the casino industry as a dealer at Bally’s Casino New Orleans in 2005. In 2006, he began working at Boomtown New Orleans, serving in various roles in
the casino operations department
as he advanced to casino manager. Most recently, Dang was the multi- property director of casino operations at Hollywood and 1st Jackpot casinos in Tunica.
In his new role, Dang will oversee all casino operations for the property, including table games, slots, slot performance and the End Zone Sportsbook.

of finance at

Vicksburg.
Bergman
joined
the Penn
Entertainment
family in February 2016 as finance manager of Zia Park in Hobbs, New Mexico. Since then he has served as assistant director of finance for Hollywood Casino Gulf Coast and Boomtown Biloxi.
Berman holds bachelor’s degrees in international business and finance from New Mexico State University.
Roy Delaughter has been promoted to director of IT. Delaughter joined the

as a systems operator. Since then he has held a wide variety of IT positions including PC coordinator, systems analyst, network administrator, senior systems analyst, multi-property IT manager and most recently the post of IT manager for Ameristar Vicksburg.
Delaughter served in the United States Air Force from 1996 to 2000 and has an arts degree.
