Under “Signature Sandwiches” one can find the Mac Daddy Fried Chicken Sandwich, the Motley Que Pulled Pork and the Old Skool Steak Sandwich. All have the Fieri touch. Motley Que Pulled Pork was even featured on “Diners, Drive-ins and Dives.” It is pulled pork shoulder smothered in Guy’s bourbon brown sugar BBQ sauce and stacked
with citrus slaw, pickle chips, aged cheddar cheese, onion straws, plus donkey sauce on a toasted pretzel bun.
Under “Big Eats” are St. Louis ribs, a Cajun chicken Alfredo, blacked strip steak, chicken-and-biscuits, and another unique dish – Ragin’ Cajun fried catfish. This is a cornmeal-breaded catfish that comes with cheesy grits, pimento-an-pickle relish, and chipotle aioli.
Dessert options include a

Cheesecake Challenge (half a New York-style marble cheesecake topped with crushed potato chips, salted pretzels, plus hot fudge), and The Big Brownie (half brownie, half cookie served with vanilla bean ice cream and bourbon salted caramel).
Under “Shareables” one can find Trash Can Nachos, fried green tomatoes, and BBQ garlic butter shrimp. The Trash Can Nachos are made up of tortilla chips, house-smoked pork, cheddar cheese, black beans, jalapenos, sour cream, pickled red onion, cilantro, pico de gallo, plus a bourbon brown sugar BBQ sauce.
The fried green tomatoes are breaded with Cajun-spiced cornmeal and served with a pimento pickle relish and chipotle aioli. The shrimp is bacon-wrapped and smothered in bourbon brown sugar BBQ sauce, garlic butter, plus picked red onions. It is served
with Texas toast points.
Another menu section features Buffalo wings, BBQ wings and
lemon pepper wings, and under “Greens & Chili Beans,” one can opt for a Caesar salad served with a variety of proteins, a BBQ chopped-chicken salad, as well as beef chili cooked “low and slow” and topped with melted cheddar cheese, sweet cornbread, sour cream and scallions.
Breakfast
From 7 to 11 a.m. daily, breakfast is served at Guy’s. Options include chicken-and-waffles, French toast, a breakfast burrito, Belgian-style waffles, biscuits-and-gravy, as well as buttermilk pancakes in either a half or full stack.
There is also a big breakfast, which features two eggs any style, smoked bacon, sausage, breakfast potatoes, grits, and buttermilk biscuit.
Breakfast sides include grits, oatmeal, toast, buttermilk biscuits, bacon, sausage, breakfast potatoes and a fruit bowl.
Beverages
In the center of the restaurant is an inviting bar. Screens are tuned to sports and on one screen diners can even watch Guy working his culinary magic. A wide variety of wines are available, along with beers, seltzers, and some enticing signature cocktails and margaritas.

Cadillac Margarita - Santo Reposado Tequila, triple sec, Grand Marnier, fresh citrus juices, plus agave
Caliente Margarita - Santo Blanco Tequila, triple sec, jalapeno, cilantro, fresh citrus juices, agave, plus spicy salted rojo rim
Santo Strawberry Margarita - Santo Blanco Tequila, triple sec, fresh citrus juices, strawberries, plus agave
Cocktails include:
Strawberry Mojito - Bacardi Rum, strawberries, lime juice, simple syrup soda water, plus mint
Thyme-and-Honey Gin and Tonic - Tanqueray Gin, honey water, simple syrup, plus tonic
Moscow Mule - vodka, lime juice, simple syrup, mint, plus Fever Tree Ginger Beer
Guy Tai - Bacardi Rum, orgeat syrup (made from almonds), orange plus pineapple juice, topped with Myers’s Dark Rum
Cucumber Cooler - Santo Reposado Tequila, cucumber simple syrup, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice and mint
Guy’s Famous BBQ Bloody Mary - house-made Bloody Mary mix with signature Guy sauces (Guy’s Bourbon Brown Sugar BBQ and Guy’s Buffalo Sauce), Tito’s Vodka, candied bacon, beef jerky, plus a pickled veggie skewer
OG Old Fashioned – Bulleit Rye, sugar cube, orange bitters, Luxardo cherries, plus orange peel
Bourbon Spiked Iced Tea – Bulleit Bourbon, lemon juice, sweet tea, plus mint sprig, strawberry and blueberry garnish.
