Enjoy special Easter buffet at Gold Strike
Brunch buffet will be followed by dinner buffet on Sunday, April 9
TUNICA — Gold Strike has a special brunch buffet menu and a dinner buffet menu for Easter, Sunday, April 9, at Buffet Americana to help make for a memorable dining experience.
The Brunch Buffet is available from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. It features the following:
Pizza/Dessert Station:
Assorted holiday desserts, bread pudding, fried pies and assorted breakfast pizzas.
Emile Henry-
Buttery biscuits and country gravy-pots, bacon/eggs benedict, Denver eggs/scrambled eggs, pork sausage links/cinnamon rolls, sausage patties/turkey sausage links, mini-quiche/hash browns, cinnamon apples and country fried steaks.
Salad Bar
The salad bar-will feature assorted
salads, toppings, assorted dressings and sauces, fresh-cut fruit, hot syrup, oatmeal, grits, poached shrimps and chicken noodle soup.
Lodge Pans
French toast sticks/pancakes, BBQ pork spareribs/fried jo jos,
mac-and-cheese/mixed greens, mashed potatoes/cornbread dressing, fried chicken and fried catfish. The bread display will feature cornbread muffins and dinner rolls.
Omelet Station
Pork sausage links/fried potatoes, fried chicken/ fried catfish with hushpuppies, potato/vegetables, parsley potatoes and sweet potatoes, grilled vegetables/pinto bean/BBQ chicken/ grilled pork chops and Mexican street corn.
Carving Station-
Honey glazed ham/roasted top round beef/gravies/sauces.
The Dinner Buffet menu is available from 3 to 9 p.m. on Easter Sunday. It features the following:

Grill Station:
Dinner rolls/cornbread muffins, carved items, roasted turkey, roasted corn beef steamship, honey glazed pit ham, giblet gravy, au jus, brown gravy and honey glaze, BBQ chicken, sweet BBQ chile
glazed salmon and mexican street corn.
Potato Bar:
Baked sweet potatoes, parsley potatoes, pinto beans and grilled vegetables.
Pasta Station:
Alfredo sauce and marinara sauce, penne and linguine pastas as well as cook-to-order pasta.
Red and Blue Lodge Pans:
Southern fried chicken, crispy fried catfish w/hushpuppies, fried shrimp, fried oysters/broccoli and cheese, fried clam strips and stuffed crabs.
Hotline:
Mashed potatoes/brown gravy, steamed cabbage/candied yams- pots, cornbread dressing/braised BBQ short ribs,-lasagna with meat sauce and seasoned greens,-roasted
