WEST MEMPHIS — Southland Casino Hotel has announced that The Kitchens is now open seven days a week. The buffet hours are Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. The buffet starts each week off in a big way, too. The Kitchens features All-You-Can-Eat Crab Legs on Sundays for $38.99.
The Kitchens boasts seven open kitchens where one can watch as skilled chefs craft a symphony of flavors offering something new every day.
Whether its carvings, pasta, oven-baked pizzas or pastries, diners can sample more than 100 delectable dishes from Ladle & Field, Mama Mia, Southern Fixin’s, Butcher’s Block, Fresh Catch and Sweets & Co. Then, they can top off their experience with a complimentary drink from The Kitchen Bar.
Other dining options at Southland include the Chairman’s Bar, The Fry House, The Grind, Charred Oak Bourbon Bar, Ignite Steakhouse, Season’s Cafe and Betly Sports Bar and Grill.
