Pearl River Resort hosts poker tournament with big $1 million prize pool March 8-19
CHOCTAW — Pearl River Resort has something special in store for poker players in March. The Pearl River Poker Open runs from March 8 through March 19 and has a guaranteed $1 million prize pool. The event schedule is as follows:
• March 8 - $500 No Limit Hold’em $50,000 GTD – two days - $500 buy-in, starts March 8 at 3 p.m. and March 9 at 11 a.m.
• March 9 - $350 No Limit Hold’em $350,000 GTD – four days - $350 buy-in
Starts times for four-day event are:
March 9 at 6 p.m. for Day1A and 6 p.m. for Day 1B
March 10 at 11 a.m. for Day 1C and 6 p.m. for Day 1D
March 11 at 11 a.m. for Day 1E and 6 p.m. for Day 1F
March 12 at 1 p.m. for Final Day
• March 12 - $250 No Limit Hold’em Ladies – one day - $250
buy-in, starts at 2 p.m.
• March 12 - $300 No Limit Hold’em $50,000 GTD – one day

Fitz Casino has $16K Table Games Hot Seat
TUNICA — Fitz Casino Hotel has lots winning action in March, including the $16,000 Table Games Hot Seat, which takes place Fridays from 3 to 8 p.m. There will be 32 total winners each Friday. Thirty winners will win $100 in Promo Chips each between 3 and 8 p.m. There will be two winners of $500 in Promo Chips at 8 p.m. One can win more than once – must have active rating and have money in action at drawing time.
