Valentine’s Weekend Menu at Jack Binion’s
TUNICA — Jack Binion’s Steak at Horseshoe Tunica is featuring a Valentine’s Weekend Menu for $200 per couple. The Valentine’s Weekend Menu begins with a special soup selection: mushroom soup - mushrooms, brie, black caviar lentils and crispy leeks.
The appetizer selection consists of gulf prawns and scallops with cannellini beans, escarole and charred lemon gremolata.
The entrée on the special menu is a standing rib roast for two with potatoes au Robuchon, foie gras verjus and a selection of spring vegetables. Desserts are a passion fruit curd and a chocolate flourless torte.
This Valentine’s Weekend Menu is sure to impress, as one would expect from Jack Binion’s Steak. Anyone visiting the steakhouse should be prepared to be wowed by an enhanced dining experience. Jack Binion’s Steak traditionally offers guests more options with an extended, innovative menu featuring a 24 oz. prime tomahawk rib eye, seafood tower and other legendary selections.

CHOCTAW — Pearl River Resort recently reopened The Buffet at Silver Star Hotel Casino, adding to a wealth of dining choices at the resort. The Buffet is now open on Fridays and Saturdays. The self-service restaurant features such old favorites as fried chicken, catfish, freshly carved prime rib, a variety of home cooked vegetables, fresh salads and desserts. There are also new dedicated food stations for Asian cuisine and pizza.
The Buffet features lots of guest favorites.
Along with social distancing protocol, gloves are available upon request and serving utensils are changed out every 30 minutes. To- go plates are also available.
Buffet hours are Fridays from 4 to 9 p.m. and Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
